Prabodh Nirman was incorporated in 1995 by Two Engineers from an institute called 'Jnana Prabodhini'. They started working in field of Precision Engineering for manufacture of Special purpose timers having range of milliseconds to Hours.

Prabodh Nirman worked on Swiss & German machines like Tournous, Wahli, Posalux, Bole, Carl Zeiss & Acera etc. These machines were used to produce mechanical timers.

The Other products / Machines they developed were for Performance Testing like High "G" Centrifuge Test equipment and High Speed Spinning Machines.

This knowledge of handling & the high precision products and commissioning, use & maintenance of German & Swiss machines was the foundation to the idea of producing Special Purpose Machines.
